Hello all.
Can anyone advise on what C.M Downton are like to work for out of their Raunds depot pls.
Looking at A 4X4 but I know nothing about them.
Paying a weekly wage but would this be the same on a three day week as your days rotate as a four day week.
Wage low so what are the working hours like.
Would this be a permanent job as have heard that they only take people on on a temporary basis.
Shift suits my lifestyle.

That depot does the washing machine contract out of there…I can’t help you with the 4×4 shift…But the office staff are a good bunch…Not heard of it being a temporary job though…All permanant as far as i’m aware…Tackle is’nt to bad…All well maintained…Xf105 space cabs…Give it a shot and see how it goes…Easy enough work out of there.

You need to find out if it’s salary or hourly paid,salary would be the same each week as it would be your yearly salary divided by 52 so paid same amount each week,if it’s hourly there is a potential to be earning a really low wage as you are aware some weeks would be 3 days which might only be 9/10 hour days so 27-30 hours pay per week.

Oh dear just found out the already low weekly wage is split into 4 shifts so on a 3 day week its unbelievably low…be warned
