Hey guys.
I have just booked my Hazard Perception and Theory Test for January 7th.
Due to personal circumstances, mainly financial, I was wondering is it possible to pass C and go straight to C+E so that I am able to start earning more straight away?
I understand that once I pass C I have to send my paper work off to the the DVLA and upon its return it will have my Provisional C+E Entitlement on it.
So have to wait for its return before I can begin lessons + test etc.
And I also understand that I have to pass sections 2 and 4 of the DCPC.
Has anyone else done this? I know its a bigger initial financial outlay to start with, but will it be better in the long run?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need to get out of this mess as fast as possible.

You will have to await your licence being returned from the DVLA after your C pass in order to gain the C+E provisional entitlement, though with regard to employment a C+E pass is the best way forward.
No doubt the voucher-meister will be along shortly to canvas/contradict/offer free B&B

i used the PC disc LGV theory and hazzard, just keep learning the questions , and practice hazard, dont over do it though, its not too hard to pass
go to the library , see if there is any LGV books, i did.

Not sure if anythings changed in the last 10 years but when I passed C my instructor drove the truck back to his base and asked me if I had an hour spare right there and then for an assessment on the bendy.
Best to wait for someone with a definite answer though.
when you pass the “C” TEST they take your licence off you and give you a pass certificate to use for driving,( if you got digi and cpc ) till your new licence returns with C+E provisional entitlement on it. then you can learn.
