Yes.
I passed my Theory in oct '13 then did C. Did my C+E 2 weeks ago.
I think the theory and HPT are good for 2 years so well inside that time frame.

No theory/medical etc for C+E even if you passed C over 20 years ago
To get C+E you simply have to pass module 3 which is the on-road/reverse/coupling test and answer a couple of questions on the basics
