Did’nt want to post a C+E training blog this time having done one for my C back in May as I did’nt want to offend the Trucking Gods - but I should’nt have worried. Passed my C+E on Wednesday first time with just 2 minors 
(one of which was a shunt during my reverse 
). Weather was good, the examiner was laid-back & chatty (the same one who had failed me in March on my second C test with 15 minors & 3 serious 
) and the Gods kept the roundabouts in Norwich clear for my lunchtime test (thx).
Having now negotiated a 3 day week with my current employer (I’m 57 and want to do other stuff as well) I’m now wondering what to do next. My employer also has a big fleet of artics but not sure how they would react to someone wanting a 3 day week on that side…hmmm.
Ah well, onwards & upwards to being a “proper” trucker
