what are companies views of taking on a newly qualified class one driver with out any previous experience on a rigid or artic, i also mean direct to a company not working threw agencies for a while to get foot in door. i would have thought that with the so called driver shortage it would be reasonably easy to find full time work although lots of vacancies want two years experience. is it right to think some companies would give a new lad a shot or would i just get the fingers ! cheers in advance for any replies
