Failed C+E. Reverse went badly. Was very close to first cone. In hindsight I probably could have nursed it round. Got out and shunted forward. Reversed then didn’t turn enough and went out of area. The drive - 3 driving errors 2 major - trailer body very close to side on tight left turn at roundabout. The second turning onto a main road with cars turning right - should have waited till the cars had gone got quite close again. Other than that the dive went quite well.
I start a new job delivering laundry on class 2’s on Monday. I think I’ll get a bit of experience with that then crack on again with the fun of class 1’s.
Any comments welcomed folks.

Sorry to hear that mate, I’d say chalk it up to experience and crack on while everything is fresh in your mind.
You have come this far so if funds allow why not get through it while you can, how much training did you have before the test?

My training was mon - fri - test on fri. I know where I made the mistakes. Just a case of learning from them and doing better next time. I would like to get back on with it but I am just starting a new job so not sure if I will be able to get the time off.
No problem, don’t jeopardise the job but be up front with them, worst they can say is no. Most folk will respect someone who is trying to further themselves

I Second that It took me 2nd time to pass my class 1 test and I went away actully happy coz I knew I just needed to work on them and I did and I was sorted. - I say be upfront with your new employer coz you never know where it may go + Its only 1 day your need off for your retest.
If the company you are starting with is called “clean” good luck with that fella
