C+E confusion?

I took my C on the very end of my theory run-out-date and thankfully passed. I im now planning to take C+E so my question is this:

On Gov website there is no option for a C+E theory only C, yet I pretty sure you need the pass number to book a practical ( Did a mock run up to the point of actually paying and nowhere did it ask for one ). So do I need to do it again?

No as the +e is an upgrade of c

There is no need for another theory test to be done or a theory number to book your test.

I would urge caution booking your own practical test as this is normally done by the trainer who will know the correct vehicle dimensions.
