Thats right Dave , as well as Hay , there was drivers at Talgarth , but i think the driver of this Foden was based at Talybont on Usk . regards Keith .
Yes I know a couple of the Talgarth drivers Keith. Len Gwilliam and another who was known as Trailblazer on the CB.
Also Derek Harley from Llanfillo RIP who was a good mate of mine.
Cheers Dave.
Hi - Dave & Keith,
I am sure that the driver in that Foden A304 UCY was Chris Thomas ( Ramrod ) RIP - - lived in Brecon.
The driver from Talybont was Wilf — he never had a Foden . He had C50 FWN - the only Seddon Atki 401 6x4 that John Evans had.
All the best – Hywel.

Always interesting to see where the South Wales firms drivers hailed from in those days Hywel. I knew a lot of them from around Hay and Talgarth, but not from Brecon or Talybont. There was a bloke in Hay that drove an eight wheeler bulk tipper for them.
Cheers Dave.
