So plenty licence holders and not enough jobs.
All they need to do now in the aviation industry is cry about a shortage and ship a load of EE’s over. Then they can join us on the fast track to minimum wagesville

Atm the same is in place for airline pilots. More people with licences and not enough jobs.
Those at the bottom of the industry don’t earn that much either. A junior pilot flying for ryanair (who will probably be agency!) will earn less than someone driving for tesco’s.
And they do ship in people from different countries. The major stumbling block for shipping in EE’s is that most cannot afford to get the licence in the first place.
P.S - they were crying about a shortage not so long ago. They were saying there was a major shortage of pilots. Not so much the case now.
If the aviation industry imports cheaper EE airline pilots , will we hear on the tannoy : " This is Captain Bogdan , on todays in flight meal , we can offer homemade seagull , swan or cabbage soup ." ?
And wear trackies , a man bag and indulge in some Vodka while telling tales of his tramping with Waberer’s .
