Governments know who is in prison and what crime(s) they have committed.
As evidenced to you earlier, the nationality and ethnicity of inmates is recorded.
So governments know exactly how many inmates of say Albanian nationality have committed which crimes. Governments have not furnished us the public with those details, (sensitive information).
Email him and ask him, once again government have all the data to hand, they choose to not give a breakdown to the public of which crimes committed by nationality and ethnicity, (sensitive information).
Which is exactly my point.
There is no hidden full set. We the public are not privy to what I have stated over and over again to you.
So once again governments have chosen not to disclose breakdown of offences to nationality or ethnicity.
When someone is charged their ethnicity/nationality is not always recorded. That has been recorded on the Gov sites. I have pointed that out.
When someone arrives in prison, the prison makes enquiries about the religion/race etc of their inmates. They do that for their own reasons of man management.
They have not been correlating that with the crime they are inside for. They may well have that data on different lists, different agencies may have access tom all the info needed to put it all together in one data set, but no one has done that.
The data set, (the correlation between race/nationality/religion and crime committed) you say is being withheld does not exist.

I suggest it is not published because it is not available as a data set.
To get a reliable data set, controlling for age . income, education, etc as well as for ethnicity/race/religion, ie to get a meaningful and useful data set is a lot of work. If you think that work should be done, i would not disagree. It seems a sensible thing to do.
But asserting that it is “not being published” because it is sensitive, is suggesting that such a data set exists. It doesn’t.

All the details are held by governments to identify inmates through various stats, agencies, authorities etc. That is, amongst other things, their nationality, ethnicity and crimes committed. The fact governments do not give a breakdown of which percentage of crimes are committed by which ethnicity or nationality is what is lacking.
Percentages, in these types of situations are never one hundred percent accurate but they give an approximate insight into the breakdown of figures, that is what governments fail to do. The figures are all with government.

FFS the data is all there, governments choose not to link and publish the data to give crimes committed by percentage of ethnicity and nationality.
All data potentially exists in some form or another.
The data you want to be published does not exist in a form that can be published.
If you are looking for possibly small variations in a large population then you need to be very careful if taking samples.
Assumptions lead to false results.
So the data is not available in a form that is useful, and fit to published.
It is various lists of different things with nothing correlating them. That could be published tomorrow, but would mean nothing. A jumble of numbers. Not useful data.
