In Trump’s first term the crime rate was consistently higher than under the two Obama terms. (and that is before any Covid effects) The crime rate is falling in the first 6months of this term, true enough. Just as was already falling under Biden, wait and see how the term pans out when Trump laws take hold.

There is absolutely no chance that Trump would be considered for PM. For a start, we don’t just elect our leader; they have to get elected as an MP first, and then get made party leader. That takes time, you can’t just walk into the top job. And how old is he? It would mean he could be 100 years old!
I suspect that if his rotting corpse was put up for election, 20 years from now, either in the US or UK. Trump would still gain many votes. His disciples are made that way.
