Dunno about you but I believe all religions are nonsense. I’m happy for followers of the aforementioned religions to believe what they want. I do however have a smidge of a problem when certain religions call for their followers to kill anyone who doesn’t follow their particular sky fairy. Call me old fashioned if you like.

I have seen non-followers of religions taking isolated bits of text and interpreting it in certain ways.
I do not recall seeing any actual followers of a religion saying they want to kill all non followers.
Many religions seem to have some intolerance built in, how about setting wild animals on kids if they call out rude names?

That translation talks of idolatry being wrong.
Idolatry is also a sin in other religions such as Christianity, and that has been punished by death in the past. I don’t know whether or not Christians gave the idolators the chance to mend their ways as shown in the verses you quoted in translation.

And try reading about how Israel and Palestine were brought together by the USA and Norway. Look at Oslo and the 1994 Nobel peace prize.
