i only worked there 2 weeks, its was’nt really for me but this was my lorry.

as it happens bulmers are limited to 52 mph which aint much better on the cruise control but if you just use the throttle then they go at 56 mph.

i didnt get the sack.

what happened was i was set on then just stuck on shunting between europort and ikea which i bloody hate ikea work, plus the idea of going backwards and forwards between the 2 just wasnt going to happen. another point was i was still a bit poorly with the back end of my nervous breakdown and kept having bad turns so i just went handed the keys back and did a runner :blush:

i know gord i agree in fact im getting pretty ■■■■■■ of with things at the moment cos im getting pushed to the limits all the time at the moment everything is planned dead on the minute that im actually passing myself on the motorway :imp: :imp: :imp:

it wouldnt be so bad if i could half a chance at the deadlines by being able to do a decent speed instead of 49mph :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

i had a good whinge last weel about it and my boss admitted he has emailed whoever he has to about getting 4 off the units back up to 56 mph as he is losing to much time on jobs.

i went to the birmingham depot last week so 2hrs down and 2 hrs back again adds 45 mins to the journey :confused: :open_mouth: :unamused:

Put it upto 56 mph and it will only break down more often :open_mouth: they probably clipped em to get a longer shelf life out of em :smiley: :smiley:
