Hi all,
Just curious what the codes that you see on bulk trailers are, all seem to start with the letters above?

Does it start with TASCC?
like this number here?
They are tascc numbers to do with carrying barley wheat etc etc
We have to have them on our powder tanks that are on the feed mill contracts, its a tascc registration number. Every company has it
s own unique number, it`s all to do with traceability of ingoing raw materials.
I hadn’t noticed tha TASCC bit before, but yes, that’s it. I’ll do some googling on what they mean. Ta peeps
These numbers are the registration numbers for each individual haulier involved in grain and raw materials for the food chain. There are also GTAS numbers which are just a different governing body for the transport of feed and combinable crops.
Matt.
TASCC trade assurance scheme for combinable crops
Ah right, I wondered if it was something to with the type of trailer. Didn’t think about registration number.
