What are bts like to work for as we are been transfers there in June from norberts.

I used to load off him yrs ago[prob different now]he was ok with us subbies but a hard man with his own drivers they were all scared of him inc.the office staff,Ruled with an iron hand,money poor as well.All gear on lease so god help you if you had a mishap

is this because norberts have let the kim clarke contract go ?
My dad dose park time work for them (he was full time until he retired ) he as had a few run ins with the offices
in is time there. He dose like it if you are full time then the work is there
from stuff I have heard from ex drivers
gaffer is ex armed forces and has to keep door to the inner office locked due to his attitude
expected to run to the max of your legal hours everyday ie if you have an hour left on your time then off you pop an hour down the road
wagons always seem to be spotless all scrapia fleet now seems to be getting highlines a few years back he had the lads tramping in p cabbed scrapias

I worked for TDG out of Barrow but retierd 3 years ago it was a good job but you never new what was going on regards who was next to get the contract any way best of luck for the future
