BRS 68

Come one - Come all!
A day of nostalgia and camaraderie for ex-BRS employees, Lorry Drivers young and old, and enthusiasts.
Held at a real Transport Café.
Help two worthy Charities by buying a Souvenir Magazine, all of the price goes to Macmillan & Marie Curie thanks to the generosity of the present day BRS organisation who are supporting the event.

Good show it does not seem nearly two years since last one, I will be attending, its all on hard standing and you can have a health conscious fry up in to the bargain!

Pete

It’s not only a good show it’s also a free show.
Can’t beat that for a good deal!

Alex

As its free Alex, as a true Scotsman I take you’ll be first through the gate!

If body and soul keep on working I will come by train and bus as I have not driven four four years now Alex. September I shall be 79, I just hope my wife has had her second knee operation long before July. all the best Sandman Norman

Norman

Sorry, I wont be there this year due to other commitments.
It would have been good to ‘Fan the Breeze’ with you and Harry again.
Maybe in 2018.
Hope this finds you well.

Alex

Alan

You’re a rascal!
You know perfectly well ‘Mony a Mickle maks a Muckle!’, ask Glen!
Are you going to Jack’s Hill?
If so, I’ll see you there.

Alex

Yes I shall be at Jacks Hill. It might be worth coming early to watch the standoff between you and fellow scot Glen McBirnie as to who is going to put their hand in their pocket and buy the first tea!!!

Alan

You have a long lie in on that Sunday.
Here’s why, Glen will be buying the teas for two Scotsman and a friend from Telford, and if he wants, he can buy one for himself!
Count on it.
Hope to see you there.
