I remember the days of being nee high to a grass hopper and going to Brough club on a Saturday night
Going out with your idiot friends and pretending to be a hard man
By ek there wear some brawl in there
But that was only on a weekend when it was a night club for all the hill billy outer village idiots who went to kirkby stephen grammar school (and this is not a private its a public school 
)
But through the week days it was a truck stop and a coach park for the ‘grand pre’ who had the kirkby stephen grammar school contract
Never been there since (thankF)
But I have heard stories that it closed down a while ago
Any one know if this is true or not
