Sorry to hear your sad tale - unfortunately these brokers generally don’t give a toss about peoples hard earned cash - all they want to do is get you to part with it.

Stick with local reputable and checkable companies - hope you get sorted steve

Hi Driversteve

I am curious about the Qualitas bit. I sold Qualitas in 2006 to Sterling. They went bust in Dec 2009. You say you paid £250 deposit in Nov 2008 so is there any reason you did not complete the course before they folded ?

Neither Qualitas or Sterling were ever a broker. That is a fact so why do you think they were.

If you can prove what you say is correct I will honour your course less what you say you paid at the price you were quoted in 2008.

Sorry you have had a bad experience but perhaps this a light at the end of the rainbow.

Regards

John
