When I first started driving I worked with an ex BRS man from the Whittlesey depot Peter Snich I think he started as a drivers mate? Iirc the old depot is now houses as its was off Inhams road?

he definately be there mate he,s still fit as a fiddle at 82 i have a drink and chat with most sunday dinners at aldridge social club
