Does Cheetham not come under Salford?? as for the sheeting on the Foden would have to start again before taking that anywhere that driver must have been working his notice, PS the Cheetham Hill depot was’nt very far from the old Salford racecourse, or has my sat-nav gone wonky again.

Just wondering that myself Dave hope he makes the scene before Sunday next, I’m off on holiday that day and you’ll get a bit of peace for a couple of weeks but i’d like to hear from the old codger before i go, maybe the lads taken to the bottle after seeing how much i enjoy a tipple, but as you say Dave could have gone of on a holiday we are all aware he’s very wealthy and can afford to jet off anywhere at the drop of a hat, but as old Arnold Shwettiknickers said “he’ll be back”.

If he’s gone racing he’ll most likely come back with his pockets bulgeing he’s the type of lad who,if he fel off the Co-op roof he’d land in the divi, me on the other hand if i fell into a barrel of t**s i’d emerge sucking my thumb, if i had a few more teeth i’d resemble the horse though and that can’t be all bad, but knowing my luck i’d be destined for some Belgian abbatoir.

Hello you old old layabouts, I have been to Great Yarmouth to see my younger brother, but also I have had a few minor mishaps, first my handbrake cable broke, then my laptop was playing up, then my phone startered to show up sim card not registed. The only good thing is it rained last night, have a good holiday Harry, I might find a cheap holiday myself, if I can leave the garden. :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile:

Aye,there’s no wonder they chain trailers down.That photo was taken just as the ferry “Ben -My - Chree” left Douglas harbour for Heysham last Autumn time.I suppose Harry would be used to the roll of the ship as I’m sure he would have gone to Malaya in the 50s by troopship.He will have put t’handbrake on and left her in gear…I hope :laughing:
