Does anyone have any pics of BA wagons from the late seventies to mid eighties?
My Dad drove them during that time out of Manchester Airport before going airside to drive the tugs that push the aircraft away from the stands.
My Dad is no longer with us and it would be great to see some of those wagons again. I used to love going out for trips with him. I worked for the airport for about eight years. I know I was sad but when I finished work ,I used to enjoy going airside to chat with him while he pushed out the aircraft. I struggle reversing artics but my Dad was really skilled at manouvring planes into the hangers.
I’d be really grateful if anyone could post some pics if there are any out there.
