steel is a crazy game at the mo, rotherham corus can’t get enough wagons on the road and are employing people left right and center in the plants to try and meet the demand, at christmas they layed off all the agancy men because there was no work!
for a multi million pound company they seem to base all decissions on what they’ve sold that week with no long term plan.
I use to load from Brinsworth on a regualar basis with Transalliance. At least the canteen is good and many times I have driven from Derby to Rotherham and waited and waited and waited till my time was up and waited till next day to load red hot sizzling strip
