Driving past a layby today and saw a truck driver out beside his lorry doing press ups. We have to stamp this out quickly, the public will expect us all out doing press ups or jogging on the spot during our breaks… not even Stobarts drivers went that far.
Good job VOSA did not spot him, as he tacho was probably not on other work
Probably that excited he hadnt noticed his “friend” had gone

yes they do,we have a lad whos a keep fit fanatic,he often goes for runs if its a houror two wait at a collection point,at one place he used to go to on a regular basis he joined the gym just round the corner and did that whilst waiting to get loaded, makes sense really, instead of using his own time to get fit/keep fit he does it in work time,

Probably shooting steroids into his ■■■-cheek as well just to get that perfectly toned body that every other driver in the RDC will be ■■■■■■■ over

well as long as he’s not enjoying himself , there’s far too much enjoyment going on & quite frankly i’m not keen , i think it ought to stop
if he’s doing press ups without help & that means he’s young , so i suppose he could be forgiven for not knowing any better
pah …kids eh ?
It’s better than what I saw in a pull off on I-87 a few weeks back. I pulled up to write something on the Peoplenet and a guy got out of a Toyota Rav 4 wearing a baseball cap with a long beard … a blue mini dress and high heels
I didn 't hang about.
Someone accused me of doing press ups once
I was actually rocking as I’d fell over and was trying to gain enough momentum to get back up.

Last year whilst making a delivery I saw a Stobby driver exercising beside his rig he had a skipping rope and one of those 1 wheeled thingy’s you kneel down with and move back and forth , so yes Stobby driver do do it .
A couple of years ago,saw a Polish driver excercising at a Sainsburys depot in Rugby, lifting weights, skipping, press ups etc:
I got a sweat on just watching him.
That invisible woman what a Tart!!!
I like to go for a dump when waiting to be tipped or loaded. They treat you like zb so they can have mine with compliments.
I quite often went for runs when I was tramping, solong as I could get a shower afterwards! I don’t want to look like the stereotypical trucker!!
I just switch on the walking floor, jump in the back and toodle off down the road!

Cheeky bug ger, it’s middle age spread.
Well I hope press-up man was wearing gloves. All the laybys up here are ramming of ■■■■.
