Bridgwater to London for 9am

Richard8:
With my experiance of BMW drivers (not all are like this) did thy fix the indicators as well?

Bmw’s have indicators? I wondered what that stalk was for. What a novel idea! Just been out and tried them and guess what? They work! Result! Thanks mate, I’ll make sure I use them now [emoji106][emoji6]

Beef, glad the trip went well, but sorry to sound pedantic but will your car insurance need to be updated.
The police where I live ceased a car and crushed it even though it was insured, the problem due to a commuting and a leisure policy.
With your engine updated this may affect your policy.

Had you said you was a BMW driver I’d have reckoned a 07.00 departure would’ve been more than early enough

I’ve always declared mods. So very nearly got caught out when I had bikes! Had a Suzuki GSXR 1000 many years ago and chucked it down the road as you do! Had a full on race pipe on it and small number plate. The insurance assessor was at the dealers it was recovered to (and where I bought it from) within 48hrs. I was capping myself. Phoned the dealer and they said don’t worry we’ve put your standard pipe and plate back on and beat the crap out of it to make it look like it had been down the road! That was a close call!
