Had a technical problem today
I was travelling from Wandsworth to Enfield following the Sat Nav when I came across a bridge over the Thames with a weight limit of 7.5T and a width restriction of 7β.
I was in a 7.5T with a co-driver and we made a split second decision to follow a non-emergency ambulance through the barrier as we were not sure we were under 7β wide although the truck is just 7.5T.
We just made through as the barrier came down
Now I know this was very, very, very naughty and I am slightly worried about the consequences.
Anybody know if this bridge is βcammedβ? I think it was Hammersmith Bridge or something like that.
