No but there was a review on a website about it once which was written by a genius.
It was quite detailed but included things like “I’d never taken my girlfriend up the Oxo Tower before and she wasn’t she sure about it” and “she loved it up there so much she can’t wait for me to take her and her mates up the Oxo Tower”
There was an owner driver this way who went over a twelve ton weight limit bridge about thirty years ago.Got caught and was fined £80. So who knows how much he would be fined these days, probably up to the magistrates who impose the penalty.

Tower bridge offenders get their heads chopped off and stuck on a pole.
the chopping of the heads only comes after the hung drawn and quarted bit tho, your entrails will then be fed to the resident ravens. the yeomans of the guard did not not attain their nickname beefeaters for sod all

Write back and point out that the signs are misleading, state that these bridges are clearly not weak as they are still standing after you’ve driven across them repeatedly.
You’ve nothing to lose by writing back defending yourself, if you have some sort of reason as to why it happened. Twice on one bridge is going to be a hard one to get out of though.
There is a nimby 7.5t type weight limit for about 1/4 mile in Witham, Essex on the main road through. They nailed a driver for for going through it reguarly, he had deliveries on either side and used to cut through rather than drive (about 4 miles extra )out to the bypass, and back in again. They warned him and he carried on, so they took him to court and did him for £1000
This is why I like being paid by the hour. You go out of the way, don’t give a hoot about the extra fuel, and get paid extra for doing it to boot!
Is it even likely to deliberately do something worthy of a fine when you’re not on job-and-knock?

That would be London Bridge.
Yes but that London Bridge aint in London anymore…
And the new one doesn’t have a weight limit on it, unlike Tower Bridge which is
a) In London, next to the Tower
b) restricted to 18t
