Actually there’s a bit of a dispute about that.
But you knew where I meant right?
The southern part of the island of Ireland? [emoji6]

The explosive Brexit spat that no one is talking about could slam the UK economy
Boris Johnson has spent decades agitating against the European Union and the last five years battling to free the United Kingdom from the shackles of regulation from Brussels. Now he’s in the awkward position of finding himself at the mercy of EU leaders for permission to rejoin an international treaty, or risk devastating Britain’s multi-billion-dollar legal services industry.
The agreement in question is called the Lugano Convention, and essentially it establishes the jurisdiction of national courts, guaranteeing the legal recognition and enforcement of a wide range of civil and commercial judgments in cross-border disputes.
London is widely regarded as the global capital for international dispute resolution, thanks to England’s world-class legal system and courts. It is a broad and highly lucrative industry, dealing with everything from family disputes to international business operations. And a long-term failure to rejoin the Lugano Convention could represent a grave threat to the UK’s world-beating legal services sector, as well as creating difficulties for large companies and ordinary people alike.
The UK dropped out of the treaty as a consequence of Brexit, and applied to rejoin in April 2020. Yet, while the non-EU signatory states (Iceland, Norway and Switzerland) agreed to its re-admission, to date the European Commission has recommended that the EU deny this request, and said that the bloc was “not in a position” to give its consent to UK accession.

]The explosive Brexit spat that NO ONE is talking about
Well, no one except you mate .
I reckon there’s at least 2 messages in there somewhere.
Here’s an interesting video, for my mates from above.
The whole video is interesting, but the most interesting part for my mates, is that part starting at 07:35 and especially at 08:10
A few words on how our , long awaited free trade deal with our US part might look like:
Your idea and my idea of interesting vary wildly my man. Quite frankly examining the inside of a png pong ball would interest me more than anything you can come up with.

LOL, you are contradicting yourself mate. You have just proven how much you care about me and what I post in here.
You won’t be able to stop yourself from commenting on what I post, this won’t change.
Your friends are going to be here soon too, or maybe this time after reading this, they wil be trying very hard to control their urge to greet me. We will see.
I matter a lot to you, and your life evolves around waiting for my posts and commenting on them. We both know it very well. No need to be so shy to admit it.
Here is a video version of the article above, might be easier for you to digest and comprehend what was written there:
So, a recent CNN report highlighted the damage to our brexit economy that failure to become members of the Lugano Convention will cause. I had discussed this some time ago, and nothing has really changed since April, but as it’s receiving more attention, it might be worth going over the main points and to highlight how our refusal to engage with our own agreements in good faith is causing wider harm to our economy.
Only for those interested in the subject. If you are not interested, move on , please, there are plenty of other threads that could keep you occupied.
Former Brexit Voter Wants To Join EU Army!
A man who appeared on LBC to talk about Brexit says he wants a second referendum because freedom of movement was stolen from him. He also wants Britain to rejoin the EU, but only that, the Euro and even the EU army…which doesn’t exit.
It goes to show how lies remain even when people release they have been conned.

Do you mean if we don’t agree with you we can naff off?
Public forums don’t work like that!
We’ve left the European Union, Brexit is done, we aren’t going back, get over it!

We all know they won’t get over it though. Let them continue to post their links and scare mongering of what will supposedly happen.
In the meantime all of us who voted to leave can be content we got what we wanted by leaving the EU and getting on with our lives.

How old are you?
Every contribution you’ve made to this thread has been name calling against anybody who has a differing opinion to you.
Children tend to do this usually before they throw a tantrum.
Run along or mummy will send you to the naughty step.

Another one from the famous B club, not trying to read and understand what was posted, before commenting.
Off course Grumpy, you can always come and comment, I have never said you can’t come and comment (read again and again untill it sinks in, what I have posted above), if you are interested in the subject, which you clearly are, just for a change, do make some sense when you post, please.
You must have been away from reading this thread for quite a long while, so to update you on why I posted above what I posted, was because we have had posters from your camp very angry about this thread being allowed to continue, and angrily demanding for it to be closed and removed, so no one can see it anymore.
I hope this clarifies your confussion.
We would also appreciate if you could back your posts up with some reliable , independent research, as your and your mates’ single opinions don’t really carry much weight , in the real world.

Thank you tmcassett for for allowing us to keep posting.
You explicit permission matters a lot to us.
@ I can see MsGyorkie is also here, I recognize this nick as a member of the old B crew.
I remember one of them blocked me so he/she couldn’t see anymore what I was posting, I am just not sure if this one is the one or maybe it was some other one.
They all sound and look the same to me.

You should have tried harder GOT, That is a kindergarden quality reply.
I , on the other hand very much enjoy reading Darkside’s postings, if yours were even half as civilised and interesting as his, I would also read your posts with interest.
Room for improvement there , GOT
