Break - Paid or Not Paid?

Can anyone tell me if night shift drivers can have 30 min break deducted from pay when they work past 10 hours on nights. Thanks

Is that 30 minutes above the 45 that you have to have for working more than 9 hours? Do your breaks normally get paid?

Employers can and will deduct any time that’s on break, it’s the reason why POA was invented.

Factory workers usually have their 30 minute lunch break deducted from their wages. Why would truck drivers be any different?
It used to be normal to be paid for your 15 minute coffee/tea break mid morning tho’. I dunno if it still is.
