After watching this programme I decided to upload for you all to download and watch which I know for a fact you will all enjoy * hopefully*
Breif : After more than 600,000 miles of hauling cargo, the Volvo FH12 Globetrotter has reached the end of the road and is headed for a breakdown. In Sweden, a country known for its âgreenâ initiatives, Volvoâs goal is for 95 percent of the truck to be reused or recycled. Weâll watch a team of experts rip it apart, beat it up and melt it down. Then, at 10 feet tall and packing a 700-horsepower punch, weâll see it reborn, even bigger.

And 5 years old.
Is there an insentive in Sweeden to break trucks instead of selling them on to the domestic market or even export?
Seemed a waste to break that to be honest.

Many swedish trucks go on export to baltic, balkan and south america. Many trucks are also sold second hand here.
Most âscrapyardsâ sell trucks part by part. But also complete trucks.
My opinion, it was a crap programme with horrible VOLVO advertising and Volvo we are so good at everything. And the âswenglishâ was just painfull to listen to.
I kill myself if my english sounds like that.
Best part were when Scanias picked up the scrap metal containers.

Lol yeah i thought that, surprised they didnt blur it out!
an untimely death of a good truck lol but pretty impressive to watch it done though
âkenneth is like lightning, he never strikes the same spot twiceâ
made me chuckle.
the rest was a bit boring and using mixed currency values of the bits was pointless.
