Pull across the front of him, jump out and tell him “I’m on a 45!”Make sure he sees you locking your cab and walking away aswell
That would be funny as ■■■■!

Had an argument today, pulled up at a delivery and another truck was there. I politely asked how much longer, only to be told “25 minutes mate, am on a break”. I advised that I needed to crack on, but was told that he “can’t move till break finished” I then said " you do realise it is illegal to do this". Only to be told " tough".
Seriously, if you are that pushed to take your breaks whilst unloading, then change employer. I had to wait half hour because of this ■■■■, who was a big lad, so I had to suffer.
This is a regular occuremce as I multi drop in 44 tonne Actros.
Any ideas■■?Reverse in to him.
Wrong thread, you need to look at the had my first accident thread to see the error in your thinking Kev

Yes, block him in, you must need a break yourself at some time in the day, there’s a perfect opportunityDo not worry about his size, tell him to move or you’re going to kick his arse, then start going off like a lunatic, punch yourself in the head a few times, while screaming at him, he’ll think you’re a complete maniac, chances are he will get out of your way, if he doesn’t and jumps out to give you a slap, kick him in the ■■■■■■■■, a well aimed kick should give you enough time to do your delivery and be about ten minutes down the road. If he doesn’t drop when you do that, then run, really fast

Now hang on, if he had 25 mins left then he’s had his 15 so can get back out and find somewhere to park, I very much doubt he had landed there on exactly four and a half hours. And if he’s having a 30 then he’s only been on break for 5 mins so in any case he’s only just started so can move on and waste 5 mins of his day not 25 of yours.
Bang on mate.
I’d have waited for 24 mins, then put mine on break, just as he was about to leave… “how long you there for drive?” … “About 44 mins and 32 seconds, BUT our company likes us to take 50 mins, so 49 mins should do it”
