as any one got sum photos of wilsons transports daf ?

I spent a lot of time at Wilsons yard and that old DAF used to park up in the garage next door. I wish I’d taken pictures back then, this was late 80s early 90s and I was a teenager.
They told me it’d done a million miles. Not sure if that was true or not.

Wish someone would come up trumps with a photo

Hello all,
my first visit to this site and am glad I found it.
Don’t know if it’s worth a look, but I found some great local pictures on a Flickr site called Jim Taylors collection"Wagons of yesteryear" there are some 300+ photos they include quite a few local firms, most of the pictures were taken around Huddersfield area.I just thought it might add a bit more talking points.
thanks for all info so far,I worked in Bradford through late 70’s and early 80’s and remember seeing so many of these beautiful vehicles in action.
the link to the above mentioned site is attached. flickr.com/photos/jbschofie … 196706891/

I used to work for John Parrott and A one and have some happy memories, but today I had a good laugh when I saw a steady eddie four wheeler and trailer, on the back of the boxvan it stated it was a Road Train !!! I suggest for road trains watch Out Back Truckers on Quest.

One of Fielders ERFs loaded back at the yard on Fizwilliam St.

Just trying to bump the thread, have a look at this Wilsons Transport, dailymotion.com/video/x3d0kxo
