BP driver reward cards

Before I ask the question, I know someone will say they`re probably not worth using but…
If I had a BP driver reward card from a BP UK garage could I use it at a BP garage in France & beyond?
Likewise If I had a French BP reward card, could I use it in the UK?

I thought not … though I somehow have acquired a French BP card recently on my travels.
at least it will be useful to wedge the door

I doubt I`ve accumulated that many points :wink:

Though I did think with BP being such a large universal company that reward cards might be able to be used across Europe
