Boyhood heroes

Trevor Francis and Bob Latchford

Jimi Hendrix. Still the man !!

John Lydon aka Johnny Rotten :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Eric Morcambe. Genius.

The quintessential Englishman for me, Sir Ranulph Feinnes (excuse spelling)

My Dad, he worked and brought up me and my brother from eight years old in 1973 after my mum left.
We don’t get on now but I still have full respect for him as I especially could have very easily took the wrong path (or got caught soon  ) but for fear of my Dad I kept on the straight and narrow.

Oh and there was Action Man and all of the Beatles

+1.

Don’t wait for him to make the first move. Get your finger out of your ■■■, and do it.

You know it makes sense.

Ken.

My Mum & Dad, still are. And after this awful year when we lost my brother even more so. I dont need any other heroes.

I just wish it was that easy, not a Jeremy Kyle situation but its …just complicated and not entirely down to him if I am honest its a third party. :frowning:
Thank for the encouragement is it making me think.

Sorry to hear that Switch.

Losing a loved one is a real eye opener to how important you family really is. If I could turn back the clock and get on with my Mom, I would. She died 30 years ago when I was a headstrong teen and I can barely remember her. Should have spent more time with her I guess.

Apart from my Dad Granda and Uncle.
John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Elvis. Later on Malcolm McDonald Newcastle’s best centre forward, then moved in a different direction in my teens  , the blonde one out of Abba (not the blonde bearded one  )

Angus young and suggs.
The bloke who invented brittains farm toys.
My step dad when he knocked my dad out with one punch.

mr T loved him as a kid and still do
