No brainer - apply!! It’s a big set up - - over 100 units on the road. It would be amazing if it didn’t have it’s own training department with a proper induction process.
Let us know how you get on - don’t talk yourself out of it.

You’ve been a member on here for quite some time. There are certain things you should know by now.
I start with Boughey tomorrow, no C+E experience and they’re giving me a shot. Full days induction and training tomorrow, hopefully they give me a go at a few reverses in the yard to practice before they send me out properly.
The trucks are spot on too, looking forward to getting to grips with them

Hope it goes well for you. Don’t rush. Listen to your mentor.

Awesome, that’s given me a real boost, hope all goes well for you
Cheers. Not heard back yet, proper kicking myself for dropping my new phone last week, repair cost £260. If it hadn’t been for that, I’d have booked an afternoon at the place I did my training for a bit of a refresher.
Bricking an assessment, walk round and even uncouple/re couple don’t fluster me, just a bit twitchy about doing a reverse. I can get a rigid in anywhere.
