Yeh, just follow the instructions on the screen…there’s also an intercom for if you have any probs.

Are you sure of that , I had a booking for 17.30 & it would not let me in until 17.00 , not that long ago either , I remember it well as I had to ask drivers behind to reverse back so I could park up for 10/15 mins or whatever it was

We have a daily 10am booking at Donny with chilled. We can always get in at 9am.
Was in Livingston this week .
The Tesco site , you get in through the automated gate system which does allow you in but if you go in before 30 mins before the system asks you to leave site .if you do go on site before the 30 mins you don’t get allocated a bay number from the automated screen .
Then entering the goods inwards office you ask for a bay to be put on they then know you are early and told to sit in the naughty chair until they allocate you a bay , which as a punishment for coming on site to early can be a good wait .
So do as your told 30 mins before booking only then all is good.
If you do happen to go to the gate too early, I honestly don’t think it is necessary to reverse back out as Dozy suggested. Just buzz security and explain you want to go in and straight back out.
