Booked in for Class 1

made up now i am booked in for my class 1 the beginning of next month  just hope i pass first time so i can get on the road as quick as possible and start earning some wedge.
has anyone got any advise on how to calm nerves when it comes to the day of my test thanks

Boots sell a natural herb remedy called Kalms. It has dried lettuce and Valerian to relax the nerves.
The night before turn off the Tv and a malted hot drink such as Horlicks will calm the mind.
A hot bath to relax the muscles.
I failed three times due to nerves. The trick is to try an enjoy it and pretend the examiner is somebody else.
Pretend you are taking Aunt Mabel to the sea side.
They all know about nerves and some will crack jokes to break the ice.Check the mirrors all the time.
Lots of good steering wheel control and position.
Keep an eye out for the unexpected.
The night before you panic as the mind goes blank of what you have learnt.Do not worry, the next day it all comes back and clicks in to place.Avoid fatty foods and sugary drinks too.

thanks mate i will have a look for them kalms, i should be okay i passed my class 2 first time there is just alot more riding on me passing class 1 as i can get full time work straight away.

I had problems with breathing control when tense.Lots of deep breaths.
