Bolton services,widely acknowledged as the worst in the country. Dont expect any improvment in the near future, the s/b side has been on going for best part of 12 months now and still looks like a building site. Luckily I dont have to stop there but if I did i`m sure a trip to the docs would be required, just to be on the safe side.

Well you might be suprised. Its certainly changed its image now.

Stanfield is right, it was voted the worst service area in Britain on a TV news poll, about 8 years (ish) ago.

Anyone ever been here? Whats the deal with it?Went there for the first time today for my 45 and what an absolute dump. The whole place just has an air of eery desperation about it… pothole ravaged service yard, building on its last legs with water damage all over the ceiling, toilets a disgrace, filthy dark depressing shop. Awful.

More like 20 years.
The new building stands almost where their reversing practise area was as its much further South on the site than the original building.
