Try coming back after 6 weeks off, I’ve not got back in grove yet , this week I’ve started at 7 and parked up at 22.00 both days , no fun eating , showering at 23.00 , is it fri yet

I found that scheduled coach work smashed my body clock over time. Now I’m one of these that can fall asleep when needed whether it be day or night lol
