on my patrol route there was this farmers house near the battlefield and all that was near him was this large pond,i used to think how can he live there bloody creepy or wot.come to think of it he had a nice daughter as well,never used to draw the curtains at nite with the light on.dam good site seeing. :laughing: :laughing: :laughing: :laughing: the full screw would radio me up for my location and what i was doing,bird watching was the reply.he caught on one nite when he came out with me. :laughing: :laughing: :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

One nice evening about 2 or 3 yrs ago her indoors & myself sat out on the balcony at about 10pm. When her indoors said whats that over Corby { bearing in mind we are about 8 mls away from Corby & I’m blind as a bat without my glasses} theres a light going round on it then it shone earthwards. This think was just hanging there not moving. I nip in & get the binoculars & have a look sure enough this light was giving the effect of it spinning even through the binoculars.
After about 10mins the wife’s still going on about it & all I wanted to do was to finish my Guinness!!. Anyway I said I would ring the Police to see if they had the Helicopter up at that time. NO came the reply :open_mouth: :open_mouth: . So we were convinced it was a UFO, then the phone went it was Plod to say it was the helicopter :unamused: so I an’it see one yet 3rd time lucky.
BTW thanks for all your replies & please don’t go on about ghost’s I work night don’t forget. Going back to the lights I think {and hope} they are some kind of modern art that glows if its near power lines because I had a good look again this morning & its right by power lines & a small holding.
