I ordered me new digicard at 13.06 on Thursday (10th march).
It arrived today at 10.23 (11th march).
was told it will take between 10 and 15 days not 21hours.
Yet there was some other geezer on here saying it took 5 weeks, think it was that immigrant guy 
I’ve never had a problem with the dvla always prompt with me.
I think they’re normally quite good, always got my licence and digi card back pretty quick, but when they ■■■■ up, it can be monumental.

If he filled out the form in the same style as he posts on here it probably took them that long to work out what he wanted.
I’ve got to abmit that I’ve never had a problem getting stuff back from DVLA but 21 hours has got to be a 1st.
