Bet you would also be moaning if he was riding on the road rather than that lethal cycle path 
Personally i think riding against oncoming traffic like that is lethal much safer to be on the other side of the road. Looks to me like he came round the corner and had no where to go, not like he could have swerved out into the road as traffic is coming towards him, hard to tell wether he was braking but down a hill he wouldnt have had much chance to stop
watching that again i really dont think he should have been on that side of the road at all

Some people think it is ok for a guy on a bike to run a dog down on a cycle path because the dog is in the wrong place, so when i leave work there is a 3/4 mile cycle path next to the the road, so can i run the cyclistās over when they are on the road? 
Maybe slacky should realise that trucks are essential for modern life. bicycles are not. every single part of his bike arrived on a truck.

Donāt know if anyone else on here has had to do the cross rail induction anyway you have to watch safety videos the dangers of cyclist trucks etc in one an arrogant cyclist is screaming at a van trying over take him then bangs the side of the van as it goes to pass van driver stops gets out and smacks the cyclist which is all being recorded by the cyclist helmet camera when they interview the cyclist what an arrogant ā ā ā ā you would of wanted to smack him too

I do realise that trucks are essential to modern living and all my bikes arrived via trucks, I drive double deckers for a living. what I donāt get is why some people on here think its ok to maim, beat or kill someone just because they are on a bike! I freely admit some ruin it for the rest but, is that not the same with truckers? Just read some of the other threads if you ate not sure. Some nights I get well peed off with other truckers antics, I donāt feel the need to want to kill him when he steps out of the cab. Iāve had a lot more near misses from arrogant truckers over the years than I have from cyclists, that is a fact.

Iād happily smash his bike to bits then stamp on his helmet cam, the Guy is a tool. If you cyclists want status on the roads the I want to see yous pass a test of some sort.as it stands any tool can jump on a push bike and go cause mayhem on the roads. I bloody hate them all, rant over
100% agree to a test and also some form of road fund licence 
at the end of the day they use the road and have cycle lanes dedicated to them so they should pay to help offset the cost, only a small amount.

Firstly I would be quite happy for cyclists to take some form of test, because it works for vehicle drivers quite well doesnāt it. You never see any drivers jumping lights, speeding or even driving poorly. How about compulsory insurance, that works for vehicles, well apart from the estimated 2 million cars on the road without any. How about road fund licence, Iām so happy you donāt call it road tax. Itās based on vehicle emissions at the moment so that means I would pay, well nothing. Who do you think should fund that? While Iām on the subject, what have the following got in common?
Drivers of the vw 1.6 bluemotion 105, The Queen, Drivers of the Volvo v40, the over 1 million disabled drivers, Children & horses, Electric vehicles & tractors, Police vehicles, pre 1973 registered cars, drivers of the fiat 500, pedestrians?
Yes thatās correct, none of the above pay any road fund licence. Have a chew on that next time you are in the Q at the post office

Just to cheer you cyclist haters out there, Iāve just read a story about a trucker who killed 3 cyclists, he didnāt see them as he was driving along watching his dashboard tv. Happened in s Korea where itās ok to have the tv in the cab. Why donāt some of you lot knob off down there as you can mow down cyclists, walk your dog, then have it as a snack later.
Correct me if I wrong if you would but South Korea? Bit different to driving a truck over here. The fact that your allowed to have tv on whilst driving says it all. Also donāt they have loads more cyclists on the road than the UK? And I thought we had too many.
Sorry, donāt get the bus reference, bit too highbrow for a cyclist. Dont know if driving in south Korea is different, itās trucks on roads isnāt it. The thing is you are not allowed to have the tv on when driving, you can have them in the cab but they should not be wired up for use to work when driving, this driver circumvented that. Luckily nothing like that happens here! Does it?

Bikes are every bit as essential as trucks with out them a hell of allot of people wouldnt be able to get to work, hence we would be back in the dark ages with no need for trucks.
There are all sorts of things and people that are essential for modern day life, toilet cleeners, dustbin emptiers, national girl workers, builders labours, infact most jobs are essential to the way we live but you dont see them demanding eveyone gets out of there way and expecting special treatment, truckin is just another job that should be carried out with extreme care and consideration for everyone els around just like nearly every other job
We need to step back a bit and think about how hard it is to ride a bikeā¦
I passed my car test 1st time, my class one 1st time, my advanced (IAM) tests 1st time, my Canadian class one 1st time, yet I failed my cycling proficiency test twice 
People who ride bikes (especially those retarded things with the pedals and handlebars in the wrong places) that have a camera on their helmet are just like vegetarians and non smokers, they donāt want to enjoy life, they just want to moan about it
The only reason they have a helmet cam is so they can go out and get ā ā ā ā ā ā off about stuff, I believe that anybody who does this is a complete ā ā ā ā and should be punched repeatedly
Oh and there should be a law that female cyclists should be easily indentified, this will avoid men appreciating a nice lycra clad arse only to be completely shocked when they find a goatee beard attached to the boat race of what appeared to be a fit bird from behind

My attitude to cycling is simple, I just want to go out for a ride without having to feel like Iām taking my life in my hands every time Iām on a road with other vehicles. I donāt want to be maimed or crippled because some driver wants to get to the next hold up a few seconds quicker. I donāt want to be verbally abused or have things thrown at me because I choose to use a bike to go to work. Is that too much to ask? Why can the majority of posters on here not reply without resorting to violence? Chances are most of you will be too fat to fight or chase a cyclist on foot anyway. I think you should have a crack at cycling and maybe it would get rid of some of those violent tendencies, learn to chill out a little.
If that ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ran over one of my dogs i`d have thrown the prat under the first car that came past! Why oh why do cyclists think they are a special bunch who can do what they want!
