Blatant discrimination against Caucasian British males

It has to do with the fact that that he’s moaning about an oversupply of drivers being selected on politically motivated grounds and targets.

The reason for the over supply of drivers is because of politically motivated targets giving the work and jobs to train drivers instead of truck drivers.

So why the double standards one sided moan.

I you lose an 8 hour trunk run that obviously means either redeploying that redundant driver to local distribution or removing the job role.Bearing in mind it was trunking and distribution with trunking involving and providing more hours per trip. Now it’s the same amount of drivers as before but fewer miles and fewer hours and fewer jobs.

As I said the loss of jobs and hours for truck drivers is politically motivated like the recruitment policies for the fewer job opportunities left.

My point was the double standards in just moaning about the resulting dodgy recruitment shenanigins, when it’s the loss of miles and hours to rail which reduces job opportunities for drivers across the board.

Go and sit in the corner, with your tin hat.

So who is delivering to the tens of thousands of Tesco Express and Superstores all over the country?

Clue … It ain’t train drivers.

So you think Tesco should change their whole business model simply to allow you to have a jolly up the M6 to Scotland!

Can’t think for a second why you struggled on the employment front.

Tell that to the OP not me.As I said it is what it is.Politics giving truck driving jobs to train drivers to meet Climate scam targets and politics running recruitment policy for the truck driving work that the train operators don’t want.

No, I’ll tell it to you! After all, you are one who has derailed yet another topic with your totally incoherent and irrelevant word soup that is not in the slightest bit related to the original question posed.

The guy who started this subject never mentioned anything about trains or train drivers. He simply feels he is being discriminated against a lorry driving job he wants because of his skin colour and nationality. Nothing more, nothing less.

Naturally, you took this as a tiresome and repetitive opportunity to vent about your well documented failings in your job quest by coming up with the usual BS verbal diarrhoea we have all seen and heard hundred of times from you.

I’ll just copy and paste my question to you again that you are conveniently ignoring - at a guess because it renders your whole rant pointless.

Are you saying that the stores in question aren’t all supplied under the same RDC system. The OP is selectively moaning about the politicised allocation of what work is left after the politicised loss of inter regional trunk movements to rail.

Why are you so keen to divert from that fact.

he’s certainly managed to ………. derail this thread

He’s still away with the fairies.

The OP is complaining about the way the company chooses candidates to be interviewed for possible employment.

It really is that simple

He really isn’t. I suggest you go back and read post number 1!

If you apply for a driving job with Tesco, or in fact any supermarket or retailer then what do you think the majority of the job is going to entail? Even you aren’t that stupid to not know the answer.

I do sometimes wonder if he’s a troll on one big wind up, then again the lengths he goes to with the relentless arguing suggests possibly not.
