Well i keep getting this little error i’ve tried aloud of things to get rid of it putting my Space up etc.

That kind of message usually comes up when another program you have open is needing you to click on something. Windows won’t let you complete the new task until the other one has been completed.
Looking at your task bar you have MSN and 2 Firefox tasks running. So if your were downloading a file through FF and it completed. It may have put up a message with buttons on it. What happens when you clicked on Switch to? Usually that takes you to the program waiting for you to respond.
When i click Switch-to it opens Start menu up :S
Ok, next step is a full anti-virus and anti- spyware scan.
I take it your McAfee is up to date? For the spyware scan
download and install Spybot Search and Destroy.

Yeah all up to date runs out late 09, and i’ll do a scan now
