May I suggest that in the current Luton temperatures it won’t just be the ■■■■ that are blue.

I see your problem.
You need to hang your nuts out for the tree rats to chew on and that will give space for the blue ■■■■.
If you’re really a animal lover 
…you may even see some red breasts come the summer!
Go on a diet- they may prefer slimmer ones!
Maybe there are some Wood Pigeon or other big Birds around?
You could perhaps put squirrel on the menu & solve the problem
Put a terrier in the garden.The birds will still come,but the squirrel won’t
