Birchanger Green

Stopped for a 45 there.

The stink of urine from the truck park was almost overwhelming. How can anyone sleep in what is tantamount to a public urinal?

I’ve voiced my concerns on their website…for what good it’ll do.

Why? Its not Birchanger services employees who ■■■■ on the floor

I’m sure a few drunks, tramps & pervert’s have found themselves sleeping in a toilet at some point

What would you like them to do, have someone stand by every drivers door all the time to make sure that on the of chance they need to take a leak they go use the toilets ? :unamused:

They could have a dedicated ■■■■ area, apart from the allocated toilets

What would you like them to do

Clean the place. Estimate 80 parking spaces times the 20 quid a night equals 1600 a night. That should cover the cost of cleaning the place.

If you don’t complain, nothing changes.

It’s the dirty bar stewards who call themselves truck drivers who are too bone idle to walk to the bogs in the services and find it ok to ■■■■ up the side of the wheels or whatever you want to complain to. Usually said dirty ■■■■■ are usually so obese their belly touches their toe capped boots or flip flops and start having breathing problems when they put one foot in front of the other to walk or they look that dirty they would make them that sell the big issue look like they have just come out of a Saville Row suit fitters.
It’s the same bell ends who leave bottles of ■■■■, bags of ■■■■ and bags of their rubbish on the industrial estates and lay bys up and down the country then are the first to cry about not being able to park up anywhere due to parking restrictions put in place to stop the crap being left behind.
The next time you are in any service area have a venture around the car parking area, I bet you don’t smell any stale ■■■■ at the side of the Audis, BMWS (insert any other car maker here) that are parked up.
The dirty ■■■■■■■■ who do this are a bane on our industry and want rooting out and embarrassed in front of the general public and their faces put on some sort of wall of shame put up in every service area for everyone to see. Mind you it won’t bother them one iota as in doing what they do already it shows their attitude is one of, " I’m alright Jack, stuff everyone else) :unamused:

Couldn’t agree more. Though in some of the services having a toilet block closer to the lorry park would help.

I’ve seen drivers walk out of the service area building then have a ■■■■ against the wheel before climbing into the truck to carry on with their 45.

True. But it would help the decent drivers.

Lenor plastic bottles  they’re the future  use, empty in suitable place, rinse, same all week, then take home and sanitise for following week

The only ‘puddle’ I EVER leave is nearside after wash & teeth brush.

I’m not a 3 year old and know if I’ll need full facilities and park accordingly! Simple really but I’ve been doing it for a while
