Big red double decker bus for just outside the Dartfotd tunnel?
There’s always peeps on the top deck gawping at the traffic as it goes by.
Anyone know?
I believe it’s DVSA, they obviously can’t afford to build anything so use a bus 
Edit: Think I’m wrong, just found this thread which says they’re hazardous loads spotters
I was to believe that they were tunnel control. They are looking out for dangerous vehicles and hazardous loads that are trying to sneek through without going for an ■■■■■■. But I maybe wrong.

I have always wondered this very subject!
Lizaed is 100% correct they keep there eyes open for haz loads that havent been in to the controll point petrol needs an ■■■■■■ derv/kero/gas oil dosent but you still have to report to controll
It’s a surveillance point, for tunnel control,dvsa,HMV, basically all government departments…
Wouldn’t like to be them on a sweltering day. One way to loose weight I guess.
