Not too long ago someone I know was on a supermarket delivery as a back load, had an absolute nightmare backing in their yard, ended up arguing with the store manager, then posted about it on a public truck forum (not tnuk) using names and locations and some great graphic descriptions.
Then another member or mystery reader anonymously copied and forwarded it onto his boss, and while he could have argued that the complaint from the store manager that came into the office might have been blown out of proportion, slagging off a major customer the way he did on a public forum couldn’t be excused, he’s now working for another firm.

Posting on a public forum, using names and locations, is hardly covered by “big brother is watching”
More than likely covered by “snidey grassing pricks looking to curry favour with management by landing their collegues in the ■■■■ are always watching”.
Although it might also be covered by “idiots who put stuff online without thinking of the consequences are all around us” as well
