Not done it with bibbys but I do regulary go to various ds smith sites around the country and take a load from them to deliver. The actual work is fine. Either paper reels or delivering packaging.
The only thing I’d say about all ds smith sites is health and safety, health and safety, and health and safety. They are ■■■■ hot with it (not allowed on trailers on some sites, others you are but must use their steps (not yours on your trailer, theirs) to get on if you have to get on) Don’t obey the rules and they will throw you off site. Seen it happen more than once.
I find it best when on any site to keep your head down follow all the rules and don’t argue them however daft they might seem. And the rest of it is a doddle.

Yep, way over the top with the health and safety, I’ve collected paper for recycling from their Cambridge site a few times, you’re not allowed to move your curtains without wearing a hard hat with a full face visor. They supply the hat so they must realise we open and close our curtains without one everywhere else we go. As usual if you try pointing out common sense or logic you’re met with blank looks, shrugs and “it’s company policy”
One site I’ve been to has posters up saying we own it so you follow our rules or words to that effect. No point trying to argue any of it or try and get away with not doing it. Not worth it and they will throw you off site.
I’m quite proud that I have a nationwide ban from DS Smiths. I refused to use their silly helmet. Apparently it’s abusive to ask what the first p in ppe stands for

If my place wern’t so nice to me I’d be after one of them bans myself but I work for a small family firm that don’t bend me right over so I try not to push too far. I flat refused when Smiths told me I had to back out onto a narrow street full of cars while they tried to sort out a paperwork problem though.
