i find it hard to believe it was a turk that stole your cards, as said more like a taliban trick.
My dealings with the turks and parking is that they are the best people to park with, as they hear any noise in the night ,never had any problems parked with them in the old days while driving through the eastern block to the middle east, and we had 3500 lt of fuel to steal, and £2000 in running money,this is when the southern taliban got there training and now they are here.

racist?..i dont think so,common sense picking the odds on favourite most likely culprit? yep…ask yourself this…if your unfortunate enough to me parked up within 100 miles of calais,then who is most lilely to be the ones caught trying to gas you so they can rob you… a fellow jolly brit/paddy/scandanavian/german etc?..or…? even if it wasnt the taliban truckies parked round about him,then it would most likely be some other cabbage eater that fell off the axles of a trailer earlier and knows theres rich pickings round about where the trucks park. if they get caught,then they dont get charged with any offence as then the uk gov would def have to keep them and proccess them,have you ever heard of any of them getting done for breaking into a trailer,damaging seals,ripping curtains,roofs,damaging the goods in transit,or peeing (or worse) over the apples or tomatoes that your eating out of the supermarket a few days later?..suppose you did the same,and got caught,how many charges would you likely be facing,and for them its ,haha big laugh,theres the gates out of the security area,and thank you,try again tomorrow…

You have to remember these are eastern block lorry drivers they are very poor and don’t have a lot of money, But you can give them a contribution for free if you like anything you can afford. Trailer Handle, Fat lip, Black Eye, Crow Bar, Stinging Sensation on the face, I am sure they will be grateful of any of the above.You sir are(the forum rules stop me from saying it)
So lets be simple so even a moron can understand, I like many others on here have spent nights/weekends away in the company of Turkish and many other nationalities- often being the only Brit there. despite the language difficulties have had many a cracking night- much beer and food,Is it only me that finds that the only guys who find it acceptable to slag off other drivers from other countries are the ones who were never strangers in a strange land and those that have, have found that almost every Truck driver no matter their nationailty have something in common
I have had some great nights out in places where no other Brits were about and others like Campo Galliano where there was a few of us but we still mixed- with Turks/Iranians and many other nationailities
And its not only abroad…I was weekended at the old BP truck stop at Wolverhampton. just two trucks me and a Greek Geezer- the truckstop closed at 2pm on Saturday… after which we had a few drinks, me supplying the Amstel he the ouzo, I don’t speak greek and he didn’t have any English-) but like any continental truck drivers any where we knew enough french/german/English to have a half decent chat
Maybe that’s why some guys can hack Euro tramping and some cant- looking back now- doing 6 weeks away in Europe with a attitude against anyone who wasnt British would have made it a very lonely 6 weeks
yes I have roamed the globe as well you fail to see the point I have had many many good times with other drivers from many different countries and hospitality second to none all I am saying is you steal from me and you will get a smacking and before you or anyone else says it yes I have done time but they will still get a smacking as will anyone else that steals from me I don’t steal neither should they simples. 
All I am saying in my post is don’t steal from me or my truck and you wont have that stinging sensation in your face I don’t steal and I don’t expect others too either,
I ask if I can have it if the answer is no then I go and buy one with my hard earned cash and they must do the same.
I want a Bentley Arnage can’t afford one but I won’t go and steal one just work harder and save harder and leave the thieving to the government and the tax man lol

Even when going into the service for a break i srop remove everything of value put it away then park up i wouldn’t trust anyone its that simple lock it or lose it …
