Break testing, wrong lane then cutting you up and driving very slowly to annoy you.

typical behaviour for london im afraid. I was in that area last night had someone driving at 30 in a 50. then swerved to get in the outside lane at a set of lights. then once the lights changed deliberatly ran alongside another wagon as the lanes were merging braking and accelerating to keep alongside it. Its just an every day occurance.
Didn’t someone do this years ago on a regular basis at Worksop , I’m struggling to remember but I’ve a feeling a Wilko lorry went over on top of him & killed him
